For 38APS, it is the responsibility of the delegates to secure their own accommodation while staying in Auckland for the symposium. You may book your accommodation at Grand Millennium Auckland during the registration process.

Parking
Grand Millennium Auckland has its own parking; the entrance is located just past the lobby drive entrance on Mayoral Drive. You can enter directly from the covered parking building.
Charges are as follows:
Guest Self-Park: $5.00 per hour until $25.00
$25.00 for 24-hours
Civic Car Park** – Operating during the hours Mon – Thu 6am – 1am, Fri – Sat 6am – 3am and Sundays or Public Holidays. 6am – 11:30pm. The entry is on Greys Ave and Mayoral Drive. Casual parking for $5 an hour and a maximum day parking rate of $24. Evening parking Monday – Friday: 6pm until close a $12 flat fee applies.
Wilson Car Park** – 89 Greys Avenue $30.00 per 12 hours, which is a two-minute, walk away (the street next door to the hotel).

Terms and Conditions
Room Configuration
Rooms are configured with either one king bed or two king single beds. Room configurations are subject to availability. Please email Sharon if you have a specify bedding configuration. If you are sharing the room, you must select a Twin room and please list the name of the other guest during the booking.
An extra person bed and breakfast rate of NZ$71.00 including GST applies when there are three adults sharing one (1) Superior Room.
An extra person rate of NZ$100.00 including GST applies when there are three adults sharing one (1) Club Room or Junior Suite.
Payment
Confirmed accommodation rooms require a valid credit card to secure the booking. The hotels require full payment when you arrive at check-in. Please note that there will be there is a 2.0% transaction fee when you pay with a credit card or a Visa/MasterCard debit card at this hotel. 38APS does not take responsibility for accommodation if payment is not received.
Accommodation Check in Policy
Guest has to present a valid credit card on arrival under their name. This will be requested on check in to guarantee incidentals should a guest not have a credit card a cash bond of NZ$200.00 along with 100% of their accommodation must be paid on check in along with proof of identity e.g. Passport, Driver’s License. The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation where the cash bond or valid identification is not provided.
Cancellations
NO ACCOMMODATION PAYMENTS WILL BE REFUNDED ON OR AFTER 30 days of your arrival date. Any Room Night Cancelled or subject to a ‘No-Show’ will incur a cancellation fee equal to the total number of room nights cancelled at the accommodation rate quoted and confirmed for the relevant room type cancelled. To cancel your reservation, please contact Sharon. Name changes to a reservation can be made at no charge.
